More About CBN & Melatonin

CBN
Cannabinol (CBN) is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid that forms naturally when THC ages, essentially becoming a much less psychoactive THC that aids in deep relaxation. CBN is also commonly used for pain relief and as a sleep aid. CBN has the strongest sedative qualities of all cannabinoids.

That dosage should relax you, but you can try taking a few more tablets if your sleep remains troubled. You would need to ingest a huge dose of CBN (more than 50mg) to feel overly strong effects.

Melatonin
Melatonin is a natural compound—a hormone—your body produces in response to darkness. It essentially regulates night and day cycles or sleep-wake cycles. Melatonin causes drowsiness and aids in falling asleep.

The recommended dose of melatonin for an adult is 1-5mg and up to 10mg is accepted. We advise not taking more than 4 or 5 Rest tablets at once based on their combined CBN and melatonin supplements.

Activation & Onset
